The battle against the terrorism also changed greatly. Before 9/11 attack, the operations were carried down with much secrecy and it would be highly centralized but after 9/11 attack the terrorist organizations expanded to a great level and in Iraq the al-Qaeda group exploded greatly and therefore, it was difficult to stick with the same ways to remove terrorism.
